Cage Shield is a cage, habitat and toy protectant. Here at
SunCoast, we affectionately refer to it as PAM, because it helps to keep nasty sugar glider stuff from sticking to clean surfaces. Cage Shield is
completely non-toxic and coats surfaces to keep splattered food, fecal material, bug residue and other
miscellaneous droppings from adhering to the surface.
Cage Shield can be used on most any hard surface. It works well on cages and other hard habitat surfaces, painted or plastic toys, varnished or stained wood, or laminate tabletops and floors.
Safe for all small animals, it will help to prevent the corrosion of metal
cages and will make cleanup after your pet easy! And Cage Shield does not contain any petroleum distillates as
many competing products do. Plus, there is no oily residue feeling
whatsoever!
At Suncoast, we found Cage Shield to be a lifesaver in keeping those Wodent Wheels cleaner! If you have a Wodent Wheel, then you know just how nasty and grungy they can get. With Cage Shield, the nasty stuff
just doesn’t stick as well. So on cleaning day, we no longer have to soak them for
hours to get them clean.
In our experience, this product works especially well to prevent
sticky messes on and around food areas and toys. In Arnold’s big mansion
cage, it’s not really necessary to spray the whole cage, but we do use it heavily around the feeding stations.
Cage Shield will cut your cleaning time in half, thus leaving you with more time to enjoy the company of your fine furry friends!
