To All:
Thank you for including a sample of your glider's ZooKeeper's Secret in my order!
I ordered 2 charms on Ebay and was surprized when I opened the box and found some extra goodies.
I can't wait to try it tonight. I read about it on your website and was very impressed with description and feedback.
I have a 3 year old male glider named Hugo. I look forward to ordering from you in the future, and thanks again for providing such a high quality product with great customer care and service!

Dear Friends at SunCoast,
I have to say, I think the Wodent Wheel & Nail Trimmer are absolutely FANTASTIC!
I've had my suggies (Bobbie & Badger) for a week now and my arms are covered in scratches from Bobbie running all over them.
I put the Wodent Wheel & Nail Trimmer in last night and tonight, and when I took the suggies out this evening I didn't feel their nails on my arms at all.
They ran on the wheel all last night. They love it!
Thank you so much,
Theresa, Bobbie & Badger

Dear Lisa,
I'm so Happy!! After speaking to you last week, and you telling me that
I should not put one of your female glider babies in with my 2 month old, I was a little bummed, but then you directed me to
Glider Exchange :-). I placed my ad and a day later
I got a call from a lady that had a year old female. We spoke for a while and then
I took Gizmo to her house to see if they would get along. They did, and immediately bonded.
Now they are a happy family together. She mothers him just like her own, and
I could not be happier.
Thanks,
Jessica

Lisa,
I just recently bought a bonding pouch for my glider Buster, and he
just absolutely loves it. It's TEN times bigger than the last one he had, and the one I got has a little window for him to see out, so he
doesn't get near as scared as he used to when someone would picks him up.
This is the most satisfied I've ever been with ordering stuff online and you guys really made my
experience awesome, I will be returning for more great glider stuff.
Thanks,
Alisha & Buster
P.S. Thanks for the free gifts he loved them!!!!

providing excellent products. And thanks for the extra treats :)
Will continue to do business at SunCoast. Another happy customer.

I just have to tell you about your Wodent Wheel.
I received it in the mail yesterday along with the Nail O' Matic
track. I couldn't wait to see how my boy did with it, or how it would work on his nails.
He got up around 9:00 and jumped right on in. He seemed to be so excited about this new toy, he just wouldn't stop.
When we got up at 4:00 in the morning for my husband to leave for work, he was still going at it.
At first we were concerned that maybe he got stuck to it and couldn't get out.
We then realized that he had come out and eaten all of his food, and gone back to play.
He stayed up way past his usual bedtime playing with your wheel.
And as far as his nails go, I am convinced that it is nearly impossible to trim their nails with clippers.
I can usual get one foot, but never all of them. His little nails had become so sharp, that I have cuts running up and down my arms, from him playing on me.
When I took him out tonight the difference was absolutely amazing. He barely left a scratch, and I know that after running in it tonight, his nails will be perfect.
I cannot thank you enough for this wonderful, and useful toy. And I'm sure
"Booger" appreciates it too!
Also: the feather teaser was a big hit.
That is the most I think my little friend has interacted with me while being out of the cage.
Thanks!
Krystal

It's Kristin Obiedzinski, from NJ ,the "kids" are doing great! Jay and I love
them! They have been coming along great, and they are so friendly. Jay
bought them a tree so they could climb and do their thing every once and awhile when we take them out to play.
They also love cruisin' around the place in their clear balls, they explore like
crazy! Thanks again for some great "kids"!!!

Dear Grandmom,
We just wanted to write and let you know that we are doing great in our new home.
Our new dad came all the way to Florida to pick us up. The ride home wasn't bad.
I t took us about 16 hours to get home, and we even spent the night in a hotel!
In the morning, when it was time for us to go to bed, we got back into the car and drove the rest of the way to the place we call home.
Our new mom was so excited to see us, she just had to wake us up! Then she moved us to a HUGE cage.
It was almost like living in the wild it was so big. Mommy helped us to find our water a few times per day, and she helped us find our food at night.
Mommy works during the day a lot, so bonding is taking a little longer than we thought, but we like Mommy and we don't bite her, but we're still a little scared of her when we're not in our sleeping pouch. She usually wakes us up late in the evening bringing us our dinner.
We are getting better at trying new foods. We used to just eat what we liked.
Now, we're trying everything she puts on our plate!
We avoided cherries for a long time, but we tasted them and boy are they good! (Mommy always takes the seeds out for us and cuts the cherries up)
We've tried a lot of different foods now. I love to lick babyfood or yogurt off of Mommy's finger, and I love to take treats out of her hand, but Tiki won't take treats or lick fingers.
I keep telling her that it's not THAT scary, but she doesn't believe me just yet.
She will soon though. Mommy always tells her it's OK, and she should try to be brave like Haley (that's me) and come to the door for a treat.
I guess Tiki figured out that if we don't come down for treats, Mommy puts them on our plate anyway.
Tiki isn't real brave. She runs and hides behind our wheel a lot. Me, though, I am very brave.
Well, we just wanted to let you know that we are doing very well, we're eating well, getting plenty of exercise, and having lots of fun here!
We'll write to you again, Grandma!
Love,
Haley and Tiki Borig
Just wanted to let you know that all is well here in Gliderland. We're getting on pretty darn well with Kai & Kui, though we've found that
Kui *definitely* is the one to wake up slowly and not bother her 'til she's fully awake (she gives quite the nip if you get her moving to
quickly!). I've got a few pictures ready for viewing. There's one of
each here. Thank you so much for all your
help!

Lisa and the Gang:
Kia and I love our little gliders. They are doing marvelously! The little girl has quite the outgoing
personality. She plays hide-n-go-seek with us when they are out and about playing in their "fake" tree.
It quite a large tree actually. The little boy "Jack" is more of an
introvert and he climbs to the top of the tree to stand guard.
We love our little friends. Thanks so much for getting us healthy, happy gliders.
Hugs and Kisses,
Bernel, Kia and the Wee Ones

Hello Lisa, Deb & all at the sugar shack,
Let me start out by saying that I'm sorry I haven't written before now.
Now I have to say this THANK YOU ~ THANK YOU ~ THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't say it enough but thank you for both my little beauties. I am so glad I got two because they are twice the joy.
Every day I fall deeper in love with my girls as they do with me. They are so sweet and smart and that is thanks to yall for being such good breeders.
I am so proud to tell people who their grand-gliders are.
My girls, I call them She-ah and Baby {She-ah Baby} because I can just now tell them apart when they are not side by side.
They have brought so much joy to my life I will never be able to thank you enough.
They are so spoiled but it is so much fun I can't help it. I love to see them spot a new toy in the cage it's just like Christmas.
They have to check it out 1st thing. It's just so cute. I guess that's it for now I am sending
pictures some or in the tent and some in the room {we don't need the tent anymore}.
Thank You sooo much,
~kat & the girls~

Hey Lisa,
I know I haven't sent you any pictures yet......I was more concerned
on bonding with them before worrying about pictures.
Now baby, Bubba, and I are doing great, we are very happy. I just wanted to
say once again Thank you, you have no idea how you have blessed all 3 of our
lives.
Shelly

I don't know how to thank you. You have been wonderful to me. I cant say thanks enough for helping me with my gliders. They are doing very well. I will admit I had no idea they had such personality when I took them on, but
I'm very happy I did. Again, Thanks sooo much for all your help.
Your company is wonderful and I don't know where I would have gotten everything I needed so quickly if it
wasn't for you. Actually I have no idea how I would have known what to buy if it
wasn't for you. Do you have joeys year round? (Yes!)
I don't think I should introduce another just yet. I would like to give these ladies some time to adjust.
Lenny, jumped out of her sleeping pouch and glided as soon as I put them in the
new cage. I can tell they are much happier.
Thanks Again,
Bonnie

I've had Nano for about a month now, and I thought I should give you a brief
update on how she's doing. She got along with Pico just fine. I
supervised their first time together and it involved a lot of cuddling and
grooming. The day after I got her I put her in Pico's cage and she's been
sharing a pouch with him ever since. She's getting stronger and is
starting to be curious about the live insects Pico eats, although when she holds
them she can't seem to figure out what to do with them. She waits until
Pico takes a bite and then she licks his face and mouth area. It's very
cute!
She's been eating well, her coat is nice and full, her long tail is VERY
bushy, and her eyes are big and bright. She's a bit more timid than Pico,
but she's getting over that very fast. In this past week when I put my
hand in or near the cage she'll come to it, instead of running to the top of the
cage. Also, I'd like to say thank you for sending me such a wonderful little
girl! Thank you thank you thank you! She's like a little angel, only
with fur! - Alison

Lisa,
Just a quick note to say thank you for raising such an incredible glider.
We named him "Willy", so now we have "Willy" and "Willow". Although Willow is not showing signs of
taming yet, we will use the Bonding Pouch that I purchased from you to help in this patient process.
Willy is sooooooooooooooo darn cute and loving, it is hard to believe that they are the same breed.
I guess that shows that researching a good breeder pays off.
I have two Rotweillers that I spent months researching and reference checking to get the best breeder and that paid off.
I now have two of the most gentlest yet protective Rotties I have ever met.
I don't know why I did not think of researching breeders of Sugar Gliders before I purchased one.
I am now paying the price with many bitten fingers from Willow. But I do love her and am determined to tame her.
Willy gives us the inspiration everyday to try harder with Willow. Thank you for always being available for my phone calls for advice. We will give Willy a loving life.
Sincerely,
Karen & Steve Crawford

Hi Lisa,
Just wanted to give you an update on our two new furry family members.
They arrived in style in their air crate, safe and well traveled...wide awake
and checking out all the new smells. After a few "crabby"
greetings they settled down for their car ride home. They settled in
quickly to their new home and snuggled into their pouch for some rest. The
first night they were playing with all their new toys, checking everything out.
And getting some good exercise in their Wodent Wheel.
I stayed up way past my bed time just to watch them. It's addicting to
watch them play :-)
Didn't take them long to find dinner (I had placed the food as you had suggested
in lid tops on the cage bottom) and they chowed down on fresh fruits and veggies
and went right to their water bottle and drank away. I was glad to see
they found it without problems!
We spend several hours a day bonding
and after a week I no longer get "crabby" gliders. They come
right up, give me a sniff and look as to say..."ah...friendly human that
feeds and plays with us". I love to hear them bark..it's adorable, although
it is still perplexing to our golden retriever who wants to know why there are
puppies in a cage :-) Their little personalities are beginning to shine
through...and are quite different. No official names as of yet. We
are hoping their personalities will inspire us. Unofficially, they are
Merlin and Madame Mimm...my favorite Disney wizards.
Lisa, thank you so much for all your help. Our new little ones are a
delight... happy and healthy and so much fun to play with and watch... couldn't
have asked for a better birthday present!!

Hi Lisa,
Just wanted to let you know that little Lola's first night went just fine. She settled in to her new home rather quickly.
It wasn't long before she was playing with her new toys and "talking" with her new
neighbor, Libby. They are both very interested in each other.
Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful baby. Updates and pictures will be coming your way in the future.
Thank You,
Jason, Cassie, Libby and Lola

Dear Lisa,
Thank you so much for making my sugar dream come true! Lisa and I have a
funny story. Over a year ago I saw a sugar glider in a pet store and
thought they were the coolest little things. I went home and did some
research on the Internet. I found a list of breeders and I e-mailed about
10 of them. As some one else said in their letter, Lisa responded in
minutes and I didn't hear from any of the breeders except one about 2 weeks
later. Every e-mail I sent to Lisa I got a friendly response. I am
only 13 so I can not get a pet without a long consulting with my family.
--ONE YEAR LATER--
I e-mailed Lisa again a few months ago. She said she still remembered
me. When I was talking to her all she had was an e-mail address.
When I saw her site I was amazed at how far she had come. Today I just
brought my baby home. She is the sweetest glider you'll ever see! I
went to Lisa's house and we talked and I held my baby. I haven't even
heard her crab! She's soundly
asleep around my neck. Lisa and her gliders are the best. Thank you,
thank you, thank you, Lisa!!
Mike
Comment from Lisa: I don't usually feel compelled to mix my
personal comments with customer experiences, however, due to Mike's age I
believe it important that people (especially teenagers) understand our
viewpoint. I commend Mike for doing a great deal of research. His
approach has been remarkably responsible, his questions thoughtful, and his
parents made him wait a long time to make sure it wasn't going to be a passing
fancy. Keeping sugar gliders is a huge responsibility, and here at
SunCoast, we do believe that exceptional teenagers are out there that can handle
the responsibility ... but we do insist on talking to parents first; we
need to know that our babies will become family pets and the family is committed
to keeping this baby for the duration of its life.
----------------------
Lisa,
I am so happy to have them. Everyone asks about them. The UPS
Man asked to see them today, 'cuz I was giving them a licky treat for
their lunch time (editor's
note: a human finger covered in yogurt is a licky treat) and he just
had to let his wife know and could he
bring her around to see them. And sure enough about 10 minutes later, he
and his wife were here. She just thought they were so darn cute.
Maybe a another glider owner in Wisconsin! I do let everyone know that
they do require a great deal of love and care, 'cuz I do not want people to want
one on a whim. But they are so adorable.
They should sleep well, today and they are. They were all over that
condo of theirs. One even attempted the Wodent
Wheel! I helped and now she can get the thing to go around, but
slowly. They both decided to play hide and seek in the holes of the wheel.
I didn't think that they would be so much fun to watch, but they are
entertaining.
I just want to make sure that I am doing all that I can to bond with
them. And your encouragement is just great. Thank you for being
there and for letting me know that I am doing things the right way.
I gave your e-mail address to a lady in Canada who is looking to
purchase some babies. Her name in Genevieve. She said she would
e-mail and I bet that she did.
Happy gliding...Cindi

Dear Lisa,
I wanted to tell you how very happy I am with both my little girls!
They are beautiful! I've had them for two days and they are already bra-babies!
They sleep in my bra all day long, and then wake up around 9:30pm for playtime
and food. They are eating well, and are especially fond of the blueberry
or peach yogurt! Zoe is such a lover! She cuddles, takes licky
treats and hardly ever crabs. Piper on the other hand is a little more
feisty! She crabs and crabs and nips
sometimes, but as soon as she nips my finger she gets a mouthful of licky
treat, then stops crabbing and starts licking!! Both are
the cutest little things and I couldn't be happier with them.
Working with you has been a pleasure. You are the best out of all the
breeders I've had to deal with. Always there to answer a question,
never rushing me off the phone even when I am repeating
questions......LOL. You're also very concerned about your babies and care
about where they are going. That's what drew me to you in the
beginning. Instead of selling the joeys through Paypal on your website,
you insist on speaking to the client first. I think that is very
responsible on your part!
I was nervous about getting the girls
shipped at first but, really it was such a breeze (for all parties,
gliders included). They slept through the entire flight and woke up that
evening without any diarrhea (from stress) and ate immediately. If I
decide to increase my crew ever, I know where I'm going!
Thanks Lisa, for everything! With Love,
Nicole, Zoe, and Piper :-)

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that my little munchkin arrived safely. She is absolutely adorable and sweet and Harry is loving every minute of her company.
Thank you for being such beautiful, honest, and very respectful breeders. You deserve every kind word ever spoken of you.
We will have to chat soon. I am very excited to have my little fuzzy duo. ( I think Nicole is too!!!!!!!)
Thank you again!
Sincerely,
Jennifer, Harry, and Phoebe

Lisa,
I just want to thank you so much for the GREAT babies we got. Thank you so much for all your patience.
No matter how much I bombarded you with emails you ALWAYS took the time to answer each one, NEVER once making me feel like a nuisance.
I was so nervous about the babies flying by
themselves. You reassured me they would be fine, and kept reassuring me cuz I'm a new glider mom and I was truly worried.
Anyone who thinks shipping is bad has never received a glider from SunCoast Gliders.
NEVER once did my babies complain. After the long flight from Florida we still had a 6 hour drive to Upton, Wyoming.
Of course, curiosity and excitement was killing me!!! When we stopped for gas I decided to tear off one of the "air filters" and
then the babies made their presence known by scaring the $%#@ out of me. I had my eye as close to the breathing holes as I could get it and one or both of the little buggers decided to jump and crab at that very moment sending me into an almost
back-flip over the front seat!
We FINALLY got them home and I swear I burst at the seams with excitement.
We opened the box and opened the pouch and there were the most beautiful, precious little babies I
have ever seen. Sure they crabbed but they let us hold them...ok so they
wandered over us....but still they were on us.
They LOVE to jump/glide to and from Me and Ben, they also Love to play "Chase Me" where they glide to the floor, head to where they KNOW they are NOT supposed to go and want us to chase/catch them...I swear I hear them laughing the whole time.
The female (Sweetie Pie) eats a grape from my hand then looks up occasionally to see who this person is that gave such a great treat.
The male (Lil Stinker) is the explorer. They definitely DID NOT suffer from the long travel/shipping time.
If anyone out there is considering adopting their first or subsequent sugar glider babies...I HIGHLY recommend going through Lisa.
I can tell by the way my babies have adjusted that they must have really been cared for before coming to me.
Lisa is truly a wonderful person and must be a saint cuz not once did she get disgusted with me and all my endless emails...I feel honored to know that Lisa is there and I consider her and everyone at SunCoast
Sugar Gliders as a part of my family not just a friend. She REALLY loves her babies and truly takes good care of them.
Some day I plan on a trip to Florida. I've never been there but now I have a reason (I don't do
amusement park stuff). I will bring my babies so they can visit their other glider family as well as their Glider Nana.
Again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE CARE YOU GAVE MY BABIES!!!!!! We are EXTREMELY happy!!!!!
Sugar Mama and Daddy to Sweetie Pie and Lil Stinker
