Lisa!!
I got the cage and stuff today! That cage is
soo big, bigger than I had thought, even though I had the dimensions
beforehand! I feel really ripped off by the local pet store, since a
cage much, much smaller than that was $20 more that the one you shipped to
me.
Dart and Sprite are having a blast- I hung a 6' long plastic vine in
there, gave them some balls, and all sorts of toys I couldn't fit in
before. Thank you soo much for such a wonderful
cage! They took right back to the Zookeeper's
Secret, and I'm glad. Ever since I stopped feeding it to them their
coats have looked a lot less healthy. All four of them - Dart, Sprite, Zoe, AND
Zeke! - took to the new bonding pouches
right away. They're completely delighted with the window in the front they
can look out of.
I feel loads better now that they have a new cage. Dart and Sprite's old
cage was WAY too small; 2' high and 1' wide! I have a big, big load taken
off my chest now. I felt horrible, because I couldn't find a bigger cage
in the pet stores. Now I have two extra cages for when the joeys come OOP
to raise them in temporarily. I'm very, very satisfied, and when I get
enough extra cash you can expect another cage order from me.
Thank you!!! You have the deep gratitude of Dart, Sprite, my brother, and
myself for selling such a wonderful cage to us.

Hey Lisa,
I was just letting you know that the girls are doing great. They have
so much personality and spunk. We love them SO much. We have started
to let them explore in our glider proofed room at night, it's a hoot watching
them!! They have started making very daring glides around our room.
I also wanted to thank you for the time you spend on the newsletter, I look
forward to them every month!!! You can never read enough about gliders,
especially when there is a glider writing the column. Well, I just thought
I'd let you know how your little grandies are doing.
Thanks again,
Megan, Ty, Layla, and Emma

Good Lord, Woman...
What did you put into Emma before you sent her? Did you give her some
kind of time released peppy play pill? All of the sudden she is playing
and hopping all over me, jumps in my hand, runs all over my room, loves her
mealies. She is not the same glider we spoke of last week. Maybe she
is taking glider Paxil or Prozac and I don't know it. I don't know where
she'd be getting it....although...that may explain why my motorcycle isn't
always parked in the same spot...and the tiny little helmet that says "Born
to Glide"...hmmm. Well, she is cracking me up and down!
She is so stinkin' cute. Just thought I would let you know. I
shudder to think of what she will be like as a teenager.

(Lisa answers)
Dear Kim,
No we don't slip drugs to the gliders. Her behavior improvement is
strictly due to your love, commitment and patience. That's what bonding is
all about!

Hey Lis-
Just walked in the door 15 minutes ago. Had no problem at all. As
soon as I got home and opened the container, I peaked into the pouch and saw 2
of the cutest little things I have ever seen snuggled together. They
didn't even realize that I had opened it up.
THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!

Hey Lisa,
The babies are doing great. We love them, they are the cutest little
pet we have ever seen. Two of them are sooo sweet and two of them are
letting us know how much they miss you. Ozzi is a difficult delight.
While bonding on the floor with French Vanilla Yoplait, Ozzi decided to take off
and it took forever for me to get him into the pouch and back into the cage.
I think he was playing with me. I hope he wasn't scared. He would
jump on and over my arm and tried to jump out of the pouch. I was nervous
to say the least.
We just love them. Any and all advice welcome.
Thanks again,
T

Lisa,
I can’t help but watch them at night!! I swear I don’t think I have really slept very much since the two of them started getting along.
Joon is finally starting to let me hold her without grumping at me too much.
Last night I tried playing with them with the feather teaser and they LOVED it!!!!
I laughed so hard because they were attacking it and playing really rough with it, grabbing it and biting it.
Bennie has really come out of his shell!! I am so happy to see how much Joonie has helped him develop.
I’ve noticed that she doesn’t climb as high in the cage anymore because Bennie is just starting to climb, so
it's like she only climbs up as high as he will go with her.
The wodent wheel is still their favorite toy though.
They fight over who is gonna get in it, and if the other tries to get in too, the one that is in it will smack them away with his or her paw.
Bennie woke me up this morning with the SHhhhh sound and he was just kissing all over my face and loving on me while Joonie was running about a thousand miles an hour in the wheel.
But as soon as Joonie got out, Bennie was done with me and ran for the wheel!!!
They are the greatest little guys. I love them so much!!! Tell Arnold and Debbie hello. Bennie and Joon send all their love and energy!!
Talk to ya soon!

Lisa,
Hi how are you? My baby Lila is doing great she is my hyper little fur
butt! I also call her my little thief. I was sitting on my couch and she
was out and getting into everything and I sit down with some dry toast she pops her little head up wanting to know what mommy
has. So as I rip off a piece of toast to put in MY MOUTH she comes flying up to my plate and took the piece of toast right out of my
hand and ran back up to the top of the couch and had herself a snack. My husband was laughing so hard I thought he was going
to pee himself - I kind of wish he had! Anyway I was thinking of getting a female sugarglider and I was wondering if I should get a
baby or an adult. Would Lila be nice to a baby or would she be better with an
adult? Lila isn't lonely or anything quite the opposite but I thought that may make
her even happier if that's possible.
Thanks,
Jeralyn

Dear Lisa,
Just a quick note to let you know they are doing great. I just love them!
The small one Petry is doing so good and is totally bonded. She lets you do anything.
She doesn't look like she is growing much. Do you sometimes get smaller ones and they stay small like that? The other one Skittles is growing fast and is twice the size of Petry. She is coming a long way but is still a little scared at times.
Tonight she did good. They love me to rub their backs and tummys, just a little spoiled!
They are both eating and drinking well. Thank you again for such great little babies.
Hope you have a great year!
Sincerely,
Sandy Brimblecom

Dear Lisa,
I would just like to thank you for sending us such healthy gliders.
We have given them new names. The boy's name is Ziggy and the girl's name is Zoey.
Zoey loves to be around people but Ziggy still has to get used to it here.
After my mother talked to you she told me that you said that putting the two back into the same cage would help Ziggy relax and adjust.
I put them back together after the first night it really wasn't better so I left the two alone for a couple of nights because the really had not had much time to adjust with it being the holidays.
I was so surprised to wake up Christmas morning and find them sleeping soundly in tight little balls together in their pouch.
I try to make Ziggy feel as comfortable as possible by stroking the outside of his pouch because it does not seem to stress him out as much as rubbing him.
Today he is a little better after being left alone. As I type he is looking out of the mesh of his new
bonding pouch. He is making little noises.
He has plenty of toys and hopefully he will adjust soon.
Thank you and I hope to have some pix soon.
Sincerely,
Patience, Ziggy, and Zoey

Lisa,
We got the new cage late Christmas Eve evening and didn't get a chance to put
it together until the 26th. (That was more fun than putting the kids toys together years ago!!) But we managed and when we introduced Dundie to his
new home, his whole personality changed. I guess he felt like he had suddenly become rich and famous.
He absolutely loves it and has become much more active and soooo much more sociable.
His biting has drastically reduced
and he keeps us all in stitches playing with the feather
teaser. He runs his wheel for hours and has developed quite an appetite.
He picks a bit at the Zookeepers Secret but is getting better.
It's so different from what he was eating but we are making sure that he gets plenty of fruits and vegetables
until he totally adjusts.
We are so anxious to get our two new babies after the first of the year.
Hopefully Dundie will be glad to have some company after we get them adjusted to each others' smells.
We know it will take some time and energy but Andi and I are definitely up for the challange.
Dundie has been such a wonderful addition to our family and there's always enough love in this house for new
members. Andi did decide that the living room was out of the question as a
suitable place for the cage. Her stepdad likes to turn the surround sound up
too loud and she thinks it's a little cool in there. We have made room in our computer room for them, it's generally darker,
warmer and much quieter. Plus Andi and I spend a lot of time in that room.
Thanks again for everything. Look forward to hearing from you soon about our
two new girls.
Mickie, Andi and Dundie

Hello,
I want to thank you for your wonderful products. My husband ordered the traveling
pouches, calcium, and Vionate for me for Christmas.
My gliders are eating the food with the vitamins and the calcium on it. It was a pain trying to give them the other rep-cal. This is much better.
They also love that food sample you sent.
So I just ordered some more. I am also going to try the mealworms in the
can. Thank you again.
Cindy Robinson
----------------------
Dear Lisa,
Hope all is well with you, and I hope you had a great Christmas. I have been wanting to email you for sometime.
The little ones are doing good. The small one seems to eat well and drink well, but she sure doesn't seem to be getting any bigger.
Skittles seems to be growing and she is doing well. Petry is the sweetest one and she will let me do anything.
Skittles, is doing better all the time. I want to thank you for helping us and it's just nice knowing if we have any questions you will be there.
They just love their toys and play so good at night.
I really am enjoying them and love to watch them play. I think I am going to take both of them to our vet just for a check up to make sure all is well.
Take care and have a great New Year.
Sincerely,
Sandy
----------------------
Dear Nana and the Gang,
I am writing to give you an update on my new life.
I enjoy sleeping all day, and red lit walks -and hops- and glides -by red light at night. My best guy Joey, strokes me and kisses me and loves me in the branches of our favorite tree. I like nibbling fresh branches, playing chase and snuggling up in a warm pouch on cool mornings with him. Together, we chatter and bark and talk of future plans...perhaps some new toys, or branches, or even having little suggies to share the wonders of Glidertopia with.
My favorite time out is spent checking out my new human family who give me lots of love, but most of all, I enjoy playing with my sweetheart in the curtains and having him follow me back to Glidertopia for a snuggle in the pouch-or to share a sweet treat.
Overall, life is good. I can't think of one thing I need except more time with my human family so we can get to know each other more, but they all treat me well. I would have never dreamed I could have a home like this! Even my human dad thinks Joey and I are as wonderful as his dog! I see my human mom watch us play at night in Glidertopia and she talks to us so sweetly and she gets this endearing look on her face every time. I know she loves us.
I am a good eater, and I get a good variety of foods now. I watched my human mom clean Glidertopia and she was saying how easy it was to vacuum and wash the whole thing down, then rinse it all down the drain-what a great idea to put our home over a big bathtub!
As new things come up I will let you all know. I am very happy and curious and playful, so don't worry about me.
Love forever, Emma

Lisa,
Sorry I have not written to you in so long. I'm just sending a quick note
to let you know that Raven and Falcon are living up the good life here in Pittsburgh.
It was a month since they've been here on November 14th, and I feel they've adjusted very well!
They are very calm with me and my mother. They get a little nervous around other people, or crowds.
They each developed their own little personality, that's the easiest way to tell them apart... (other than the
stripe down Falcon's back stops just before his tail).
I just thought I would send you our family
picture!! :-D Hope everything is going well at SunCoast!!

Hello Lisa!!!
My baby boy is the cutest!!! Sorry I didn't call- I was so busy all
weekend - I meant to but somehow I completely forgot until I got this
e-mail!!!! The baby is very spunky- Very brave. He has a great
personality!! He's not too scared - he still clatters at me but not half
as much as Mango & Kiki did... I don't know what I am going to name him
yet... Just wanted to say thank you again. I hope that you had a
great holiday weekend!
Speak w/ you soon.
Jenn
----------------------
Lisa,
Just dropping a note to say hey and I hope you had a good Thanksgiving holiday.
The girls are great, healthier than ever, their little tails are oh so fluffy.
Kizzy is a wild child. Krayola
is like a lap dog, just loves to lay around with us and have us pet her.
They now have their own bedroom, we converted our spare bedroom into a
completely glider safe room. They love it. :)

Heya there Lisa,
Our little Niblet is bonding great, as I told you it never gets in the cage
until our bedtime, he has had constant human contact since we left
you. He seems to love us already and waits patiently in the morning for us to get him outta his cage.
We revamped the cage with 1/2 in wire, it is a Glider condo. My hubby is not happy with it so he is on a mission next weekend to build another one, keeps him busy.
Thanks so much for my new baby!!!
Now, can you send me the info to get my vet signed up with yours, I am taking Niblet to show him off to our vet today .
I will give him the e-mail address so he can start there. Thanks again!
Diana

Things are going very well! The babies are starting to bond
very well! Thank you sooooo much for everything. Well I have to get back to
work! TTYL!

Casey, Krystal, Gismo, and Gadget!

Dear Lisa,
The babies are doing wonderfully!! They had dinner (love the blueberries),
yogurt, and their special food last night
for dinner and ate very well. We're watching and enjoying!! We'll
keep you posted.
Have a good Thanksgiving !
Lyn
Hi Lisa,
Wanted to let you know we made it home okay. Peter Pan is so calm & friendly.
When Tinkerbell was his age she was a hellian jumping around on everyone & thing.
LOL. Thanks for picking such a loving male glider for me. Tinkerbell does not like him much.
I let them sniff each other & Tink crabbed at him & tried to bite him. Every day I am switching there pouches so they will get used to the smell.
Hope she will give him a chance. Talk to you soon!
Sheena!

Hey Lisa,
I am so sorry it has taken this long to write to you. I got my baby safe and sound on Tuesday evening.
She is soooo cute, cuter than any picture could ever show. She seems to be adapting pretty well to her new world in Colorado.
I carry her around in her little pouch and hold her when she lets me.
She does crab a lot but I think she will get over it soon.
I want to thank you sooo much for all your help and kind advice. I wouldn't recommend buying a sugar glider from anybody but you.
Thank you,
Alix

Lisa,
Again I just want you to know how much I appreciate you getting back with me.
I had actually placed a large order with another company before I found you and
they never confirmed it after the initial automatic confirmation e-mail, and
they never returned my voice mail messages. So needless to say, I've
cancelled that order and I'm so thankful that you're out there!
From someone who is a customer service rep for a living let me just tell
you... YOU ROCK... keep up the GREAT work and I look forward to doing more
business with you in the future.
Gotta go, I need to place an order with you :-)
Thanks again..
Melanie

Hi Lisa,
This is Patti from Rocky & Carlo's land, and land of the Saints who can't
beat Atlanta at home.
Our trip to the airport went fine. The babies arrived safe and sound.
I have decided that my female Jazy is a Psyco lady. I have called her that
so much my friends think I should just change her name. Now, the male
which I have named Louie, is a dream baby. As I am writing he is sleeping
soundly around my neck. He only woke up for a lunch time treat and drink
and is still peacefully sleeping. Now if I had Jazy here, things would be
louder.
I still am determined to have her change into a wonderful young lady.
(Can you imagine my boss, the school principal, just laughing when Jazy makes
herself known. Of course when I have the lizards and skunks here, they
don't make noise, but at least she is ok with me and Cindy bringing all the
critters to school.)
Today Cindy had both pouches with her.
She put the windows together so they could sniff all day. We have all the
teachers looking in pouches all day. I can only imagine what the parents
think at the counter when they see what is happening.
I want to thank you for taking such good care of all your babies from OOP
because yours are much nicer to start with! Your dedication is wonderful
and I can tell you enjoy your work.
I will send you pictures when I get them in the big cage together.
Thanks, Patti

Lisa and Arnold...
I just wanted to say that I love what you have done to your site. It is
so wonderful. My favorite besides the products is the pictures of
"family" sent in. Besides I love to tell everyone to go look at
the girls on your site. I still think your products
are the best and so well made and priced. Keep up the great work!
Mango, Meeko, and Me....(Cindi)

Hey Lisa!!
I hope I'm not bothering you, but I just wanted to give you an update on the
little ones. The female I named Zoe, and the little male I named
Zeke. They're both very sweet suggies, and doing well in their new
home! Zoe is a very crabby gal, but I've found that she's all crab and no
bite, and once she was even cuddling and crabbing at the same time. I
think she just likes to hear herself make noise ;) Zeke is very shy, and
whenever someone besides me or Zoe gets near him he pushes himself underneath
Zoe (who has become his living shield) and has a crabbing fit.
Every evening I lay down with them for hours doing my homework, still amazed
that I actually got them. You sell very beautiful and sweet gliders, I'm
amazed! They have adorable personalities that could rival Dart's, and Zoe is mischeivous
enough to give my brother's Sprite a run for her money. After an hour and nearly fifty out of focus, odd, or mis-posed shots, they agreed to let me take a
single decent photo of them.
Yay! Have a nice evening!
-Katie, Dart, Zoe (the living shield), and little Zeke
