The starter kit ('the best deal') I bought from you guys was the best investment I could have made before I actually brought my glider home, and The Sugar Glider Stork is Coming! was the best guide I have read - and being a newbie to sugar gliders I had done a lot of reading. Also my package arrived 2 days after I ordered it and that to me was unbelievable. I can't thank you enough for being so devoted to what you do because newbies like me to the glider family would be completely confused. Thanks!

Hi Lisa,

Just wanted to let you know that the three little ones are doing great! I am not, however, as I am suffering from extreme sleep deprivation due to wanting to stay up all night and watch my babies play. I can't help it though, they are just so darn cute that I don't want to miss any of their antics! They even treated me to nocturnal barking last night! My daughter and I have already made tremendous progress in bonding and we can scoop them out of their pouch and hold them without any crabbing at all. Not bad for just a couple of days :0) Again, Thanks so much for making my dream come true... These little ones are more wonderful than I ever dreamed they could be and I have been on Cloud 9 ever since we brought them home.

Hello! My names Jeff Little. I recently bought a bonding pouch from your shop and i just wanted to thank you for the free gift and food sample you gave with it. "Poofers" my female glider loves playing with the toy and seems to like the food a lot. She's my only glider I have currently as my other died mysteriously on me about a week and a half after purchasing her (I got them both from a pet store and not a breeder, we lack breeders in my area. The pet shop didn't seem to know much about glider care either.) Well, I thank you again I'm sure ill be back to buy more goodies too, Zookeeper food since she seems to like it more then what I've been giving her. Keep up the good work on your shop its very appreciated.

During the day she sleeps contently, with my occasional check in's to say hello and make our special noise. During the first night, she was already jumping around curiously checking out her new home (She also has made a lot of use out of her wodent wheel, so again I thank you for that). I did a LOT of research when my son brought one home for a pet. Within 48 hours he found out it is NOT okay to feed them dry cat food like the reptile store owner told him. I firmly believe that if you are going to get into something you don't know about, it's much better to find out what you need to know fast. I read a lot of the sites from the search engines, and it's your desire to educate people about the gliders and not just to make the money that told me that you really had done the research already. If people would just read your newsletters and understand them, it would save them a lot of time and heartbreak. Thank you again for all your help, you are soooo appreciated here!! Hello, I got my package yesterday and my gliders love the ZooKeeper's Secret food. When I got it I put some in their snack dish and when Tugs woke up around 4 pm for his snack he went to his dish and noticed it was not his normal apple slice or raisins. He quickly barked for Hugs and she got out of the pouch went to the dish and started munchin' away at the food. Then Tugs joined in, they cleared the dish, got a drink, and went back to sleep. :-) What a great product, my babies love it.

Thank you for the sample of the papaya treats I was going to order some but with how picky my babies are I didn't want to get stuck with a container of treats they won't eat, turns out they love papaya treats too! I am going to have to order some next time I order from you.

Hi! This is Jeff Carlisle again, I just wanted to tell you about the new Gliders - I just brought them back from their Vet appointment this afternoon and the doctor was very pleased with how healthy they were - big bright eyes, nice healthy ears, and bright pink healthy noses. I named the slightly smaller one with the white stripes on his head Witkin and the one that has the gray stripes is named Weegee. They're both named after famous photographers.

I'm very happy that I decided to go with Sun Coast, even though it's not very hard to find a sugar-glider breeder here in Utah. I was more comfortable purchasing from a person that would sign me up with their own mailing list and periodical newsletters, and I'm thankful to still be able to keep in touch with you when I have questions about the little guys.

Anyway, thanks for your patience, I hope you don't mind but you'll likely receive a few more 'nervous parent' phone calls from me- I'm a worry wart, it runs in the family. ;)

Most of my emails seem to be starting with these same two words, but hey, why change what ain't broke....THANKS AGAIN! The little guys love their Wodent Wheel, and the Nail-O-Matic had an added surprise for them. Not only does it trim their nails to manageable levels, but when Rufus or Stitch get up to speed, they'll stop, grab hold of the plastic mesh, and proceed to do loops while hanging on. You can't help but smile, and I was regretful after 2 days when I had to take the Nail-O-Matic out (nails were trimmed to the right length). Even though they couldn't have their roller-coaster ride, these guys still enjoy spending most of their night putting miles on their new toy. We've been adding lots of little extras to their cage. All in all, we're loving being owned by sugar gliders.

I want to thank everyone at SunCoast sugar gliders. I am a new mom of two wonderful boys, Gizmo & Jaytee. I have only had them for 3 weeks. Of course they love there fruits, vegs, and BML diet, but i got my package today of ZooKeeper's Secret and they absolutely love it. I put some in their dish and right out of their pouch they came and they let me know they loved it...also want to thank you for their crickets and mealworms....

I got my order 2 days after I placed it and I'm a very happy customer and will now buy all my babies' stuff from you...

Thanks so much for the VERY FAST delivery of the food for our glider. We bought her on Saturday from a person who didn't know how to take care of her and who was scared of her. She has blossomed in the past 3 days and thinks I am HER person. She went bonkers over the Zookeepers Secret and acted like it is a treat instead of staple food. My husband (who doesn't like animals supposedly) has built her a huge addition to her cage and plans a ceiling to floor addition soon. I have made her 6 fleece bags of various sizes for sleeping, holding, playing. She loved your ring thing also. You must have mailed the food within minutes of receiving my email because it was delivered Tuesday evening a little over 24 hours from order time. WOW!

Hello Lisa,

WOW, Am I getting excited or what?

When I got home from practice Wednesday evening, I found my order and was very pleased with everything! It even exceeded my expectations. I have never seen such quality -- and believe me, I have been looking around for several years! The pouches are sooo soft and perfect -- fit only for a prince and princess!

I spent yesterday moving the cage upstairs, downstairs, and rearranging, trying to decide what would be the perfect situation for the babies. I realized that I did the same thing when my daughter first brought my grandson for a visit. So, it seems only fitting that I would do the same thing for the arrival of new babies!

Boy! Have I got news for you!!! Last night I put some ZKS in an extra dish in the cages - and this morning the girls had finished ALL of theirs and the boys had finished 4/5 of theirs!! That is absolutely wonderful. The dishes were the size you use for Soy Sauce and Wasabi for sushi, but they had a nice tablespoonful in each!!

Talk to you soon. I had to give you that news - it just couldn't wait!!

The Stork arrived right on schedule. I am the proud daddy of 2 sweet sugar babies. The smaller of the 2 (the female I think) is very adventurous. She crabbed at me and reared up on her hind legs, but quickly settled down. The larger of the 2 kinda hid behind the wheel for awhile, then came out to eat with his friend. The Larger one played peek-a-boo with me so I've been calling him, Peek-A- Boo, Boo for short.

They first refused to sleep in the 2 bonding pouches I had set up at various heights in the cage. They were huddled together on the floor so I laid another sleeping pouch there. They quickly climbed into it. They have explored their big cage and played a little on the outside of the wheel (too cute to watch them trying to figure it out).

I will begin bonding in the morning. Lisa, you & everyone at SunCoast have made my dream come true. Mere words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone there. Thank-you my friend, we will chat soon.

Pietrie & Gizmo are doing great! They love their spacious new home and are adapting well. Gizmo is a little stinker at times though, he likes to crab at us a lot, but we're working on him. Just thought I'd send you a quick note to let you know how Baby and Cookie are doing. We recently bought ourselves a small tent and set it up by their cage. We like to get them out and play with them in the tent. Cookie loves climbing up and down on us and jumping from our heads to the top of the tent then turn around and do it again. Baby just climbs around a little then runs around on the bottom looking for a place to hide. Cookie has really come a long way and doesn't mind being held, Baby is slowly coming around but she runs to the door of the cage when she sees me coming, which is soooo cute. Anyway, just wanted to let you know everybody is doing fine and thank you again for our adorable suggies!

Just wanted to update you on Harry and Potter. They are doing great. We are bonded and the rascals go everywhere with me. Harry was a fussy one but he rarely crabs anymore. I picked up my new babies from the airport yesterday without any trouble at all. I was so excited to open the pouch and find the little critters sleeping, it seemed as if they didn't even notice they had left home. They sure like to yell at me a lot for waking them up but when they find that all I want to do is pet them they quickly quiet down and go back to sleep cuddling with my finger.

For the last month I have been actively searching for any information I could get on their habits and specialty care requirements and have found next to nothing. You find many varying accounts of what the animals require and desire, but mostly the web is full of people trying to unload animals and not sell a lifelong pet. I was just writing to say I REALLY REALLY appreciate that your site is dedicated to more than just selling these wondrous animals.
