Hello! My name's Haley and I bought a stuffed sugar glider from you guys for a present (I couldn't get him a real one, unfortunately :( ) And I received it today, and you guys are wonderful! It's adorable and perfect, came quickly, and the little goodies with it are so funny! The food and toy are so funny! I just received my Nail-O-Matic a few days ago and I wanted to thank you for such a great invention. Now Joey and Ginger get a manicure on a bi-weekly basis. Dear Lisa:

We have been very worried about you with all the hurricanes and hope that you and your little family are OK. You have been in our thoughts and prayers.

The "boys" are great and we have named them Albert the adventurous one, who fears nothing and goes where no glider has gone before, and Ernie, who is laid back, waits to see if Albert is OK before venturing out. They both are a joy and we have had many laughs. They have been going with me to the Nursing home and the residents and staff have really taken to them. The residents will save fruit and veggies for the babies and get a big kick out of watching them eat. As soon as I get some pictures I will send them to you.

I got my package today in the mail. I ordered my starter kit, and when I opened the box, I couldn't believe how much I got, I read all the positive e-mails saying how great everything was, but man you really get a lot of stuff! I'm so happy with everything, I don't even have sugar gliders yet, just setting up and I'm sure I'm a lot happier playing with the toys then they will be. I don't know if you remember our family. We got our sugar glider from you after Christmas (a year ago). My husband Bill called you from Cocoa and wanted one for Stephanie (our 21 year old daughter). I am e-mailing to let you know what a wonderful little boy Stephanie has!!! We all love Sammy very much and he has bonded with us all. It took a while, but he is soooo sweet. Stephanie spends time every day with him and he a very fun little critter. By the way, he is definitely a barker....I will wake up at five in the a.m. for work and will hear him barking away!!! I want to thank you for having such a fantastic website chock full of
ACCURATE information. I have learned so much from your newsletters and site. I had to get on the fast track for sugar glider care when the the wildlife rehab center I work for got 2 sugar gliders and a chinchilla that had been abandoned on the side of the road. No cage, the chinchilla was just sitting on the side of the road with a wooden nest box with 2 gliders in it next to him. Can you believe it?! All 3 went home with me that night and will stay forever. I knew enough to recognize them and did a lot of surfing that night
on the web to figure out to how to care for them. I saw a lot of conflicting info, but when I found your site and saw that you raise them and have a vet giving info too I knew I found info I could trust. Midnight and Dusk are doing great (as is Cherry Barry the Chin) with your guidance. They are a joy. I've been buying toys and
treats off the site as paydays allow - rehab is not a get-rich occupation but it is rewarding in its own ways. I love Arnold's recommendations on products.

I know you have cool toys and I wouldn't be without their Wodent Wheel (just ordered the nail trimmer to fit it). Thank you again for all the wonderful info that I can trust. And please tell Donna to put out a book of her cartoons. I was in hysterics at the one where she is snacking with her gliders and eats crickets! When my husband saw the Zoo Keepers Secret in a plastic bag in the fridge he was going to add BBQ sauce and make a sandwich. Strangely, he didn't think it was as funny as I did.

Just thought I'd let you know that we did indeed finish the cage setup -- Glidey just loves his new aviary -- and all the fun stuff that goes along with it -- a couple hours after he got used to his new surroundings we went upstairs to the door of "the glider room" and peeked in to catch him flying from the top of his cage down to one of the ropes! We were stunned because we never knew if he could really glide -- and having this wonderful, lofty tower was the setting he needed to start gliding!

Thank you for sending my deluxe cage, it looks better in real life then in the picture. It is so large for poor little Bosco that my husband said Happy Valentine's day with Fay. She is brown with the stripe and Bosco is gray. They run for hours! Our dogs enjoy them so much. Our Golden retriever KC goes crazy watching them run about and Hudson our Greyhound checks them out all the time. Our cat Angel watches over them with curiosity. The cage is so well constructed and safe that we don't mind our other pets enjoying our babies. Everyone who have seen the cage are in awe. It is so beautifully designed that it fits any decor. The nail trimmer is superb! I paid a fortune for 2 gliders for me & my daughter only to find out that we were both allergic to their tiny nail scratches. We itched & broke out... she went to school with scratch marks all over her arms! we finally decided we couldn't hold them in our bare hands and we were so disappointed. THEN, I purchased the Wodent Wheel WITH the nail trimmer and we were astonished at the difference it made. We can hold our babies again!!

Their little nails are smooth and rounded like they got a fantastic manicure, not just bluntly cut and rough like with the nail clippers. They can still get a grip and can crawl up the curtains but what a total difference in the way we can now handle our babies! What an awesome idea. The cleaver design kept our glider's soft skin from ever touching a rough surface, I was wondering how it was designed to protect their feet, WOW! Too perfect!!!!

I know that I just e mailed you yesterday, but HAD to tell you what just happened. I was holding Zorro, when the girl came out, and crawled right into my hand! Both of them were entangled in my hand. About a month ago, my boyfriend and I purchased 2 new sugar gliders (Star & Aurora), both adults. We already had 2 (Luna & Phoenix), but knew we had to adopt Star and Aurora into our family as well. I'm glad we did. When we brought them home we saw that their diet only consisted of a quarter chunk of apple, some baby food, and a few meal worms. When they ventured out of their pouch, we noticed their fur was almost raggedy looking, and their nails were atrocious! Although they are getting better with each day, they have a tendency to be biters, and we were unable to hold them in a safe manner to trim their nails. That's where you enter.

We were at a loss as to how to trim their nails, and it hurt us to see them getting caught on their pouches inside the cage. I had been to your site before and noticed the Nail-O-Matic. The solution to our problems? Very well could be. It arrived on Jan. 20th and we put it right to work. Instead of leaving it in their cage for the suggested 2 days, we left it in for 4 as all of our gliders were in need of some trimming. Their nails look wonderful!! I just had to tell you how much we enjoy your product and we will continue to utilize SunCoast for our glider needs! Thanks so much!

I received the deluxe sugar glider cage yesterday. I'm trying to think of a word to describe my delight! I had a ball "decorating" it and couldn't wait for Logan to wake up last night to see it. I sat in front of the cage for 3 hours watching him explore every pouch, rope, shelf, and food dish. I hid little treats of fruit all over the cage. He finally decided to come out to see me and fell asleep in my arms at 10 PM. When I got up this morning he was bouncing around his new home like a pro. He's now sleeping in my sweatshirt pouch with his new ring thing that we played with before his nap. He loves it and so do I. Thank you! Your products are wonderful.

I wanted to write to let you know how much I enjoy the Nail-O-Matic! After only two nights on it my girl is much easier to be with and play with since her nails have trimmed down automatically. There was a comical moment after only two nights spinning around in her Wodent Wheel with the Nail-O-Matic installed; she jumped onto a silk body pillow I have propped up on my bed and was very surprised to find that she could no longer hold on to it! She slid down it before she realized she would have to dig in a little harder to stay attached! I probably didn't do anything for her ego by laughing at her. We got our little Sugar Gliders safe and sound. We picked them up from the airport and they were just fine. Little "Frankie" and "Li-Li" are doing great, and they ate most of the apple slice in the bag! They're all snuggled up now and a bit sleepy. Our other sugar glider, Tony, took rather well to them: he immediately sniffed them and snuggled up with them. I think they're all going to get along great.

Thanks so much for shipping our little ones so safe and sound. And the Reptarium is WONDERFUL!!! Tony's trying it out tonight. We've set up a bunch of toys and he's having so much fun in it.
