I just received my supply of Zoo Keeper's Secret and the "Can 'O Worms" I ordered and I have to send a huge THANK YOU! (sending you a little scratch behind the ears).

Spirit and Sprite really liked the sample of the ZKS you sent along with their Nail O Matic track, so I got them a good supply to keep them happy and healthy for the next couple months. I can't believe you don't have to keep it in the fridge! It was real nice of you to include a Ring Thing and the Papaya Treats for my Girlz; what an unexpected surprise! They knew the treats were from you, Arnold, because of the cute "signature" face on the package :-)

We wanted to check in and tell you about the progress w/ the gliders (Frankie & Meeko). They're bonding quite well w/ us, especially me, I handle them the most! - They're especially good eaters, they finish everything and it shows, they got big fast. You do such good work Lisa, the glider's have never once tried to bite us, they are so adorably gentle...although, they will crab you w/ no problem! -LOL- They just started riding around on me like a moving tree a couple weeks ago, It's great! - It's really rewarding to have them trust you as time goes on, they're a lot of fun to play with in the tent, they LOVE their Wodent Wheel! - Well, I just wanted to drop a line about the babies, take care-

Andi, Sydney (he-he), & I have been reading even more on your website, the archived newsletters are chock full of much needed information, much thanks for pointing us in that direction! Then, after speaking with you on the phone and after the additional reading we’ve done since, we feel a great burden has been lifted. We are now only following YOUR 7 day feeding schedule which is now printed out & posted on our fridge! And WOW, feeding time is now so much more F-U-N and so much less stressful now that we understand she is getting what she needs nutritionally, no less and no more – which unfortunately was our case!

I wanted to thank glider vet for all their info. I'm not new to gliders but found out that I didn't know half of what I should have. I've gathered alot of information that just wasn't true. Thanks to you guys my gliders are healthier and happier than ever! I have three boys; Jeter, Meeko, and Squeak. They have recently discovered (thanks to you guys) bugs! I was under the same impression many people are, that my gliders only needed fruit. Boy, did I feel like a bad mommy when I found out otherwise. I have introduced them to mealworms and crickets which they now are pushing aside other food to get to. I've been dusting them with Rep-Cal for a calcium supplement and my boys are happier than I've seen them in a while.

They started looking puny there for a bit but now they are all over the place. Again, I wanted to thank you guys 'cause without you my boys might not have made it much longer. I don't know what I'd do without them, they are the highlight of my day. Thanks so much!

My Glider, Echo, and I just really wanted to thank you (and Arnold, of course!) for your wonderful online store! We just placed a new order. We've ordered a lot from you over the years and we've always been thrilled with the products. We really appreciate the detailed descriptions and pictures of everything, not to mention the quality of the products themselves. We also find it really easy to load up our cart knowing that the shipping costs will only be $6. I just tried to order a Chinchilla toy from another site, and even though it was about $7, somehow the shipping was $10! Forget that! You guys have it right with a nice flat rate.

We are moving soon and the first thing I'm going to do is buy one of your deluxe cages! I've been wanting Echo to have on for years now, but we simply do not have the room in this house. At the next house I'm going to make sure there is room. Echo and I can't wait, we keep looking at the pictures and dreaming of the day she has one of her very own. :) Well, thank you again! It was easy to put together, it is tight and solid. I do appreciate the Joey Guards as there was a little bit of a gap around the front doors. I want to thank you for having such a fantastic website chock full of
ACCURATE information. I have learned so much from your newsletters and site. I had to get on the fast track for sugar glider care when the the wildlife rehab center I work for got 2 sugar gliders and a chinchilla that had been abandoned on the side of the road. No cage, the chinchilla was just sitting on the side of the road with a wooden nest box with 2 gliders in it next to him. Can you believe it?! All 3 went home with me that night and will stay forever. I knew enough to recognize them and did a lot of surfing that night
on the web to figure out to how to care for them. I saw a lot of conflicting info, but when I found your site and saw that you raise them and have a vet giving info too I knew I found info I could trust. Midnight and Dusk are doing great (as is Cherry Barry the Chin) with your guidance. They are a joy. I've been buying toys and
treats off the site as paydays allow - rehab is not a get-rich occupation but it is rewarding in its own ways. I love Arnold's recommendations on products.

I know you have cool toys and I wouldn't be without their Wodent Wheel (just ordered the nail trimmer to fit it). Thank you again for all the wonderful info that I can trust. And please tell Donna to put out a book of her cartoons. I was in hysterics at the one where she is snacking with her gliders and eats crickets! When my husband saw the Zoo Keepers Secret in a plastic bag in the fridge he was going to add BBQ sauce and make a sandwich. Strangely, he didn't think it was as funny as I did.

Hello Arnold & Lisa,

Just a note to let you know that they are doing fine. Our order of food and vitamins and calcium arrived PDQ and Nod & Wos are doing great. Bugs are in our menu and eaten very well (meal worms are not a hit yet but the crickets are G..O..N..E.... They have gained 2 grams each and are loving their nectar ice cubes. They chase it around the bowl like crazy and then lick each other clean. The barking during the night is an every night thing and I usually get up and play when they call. Once in a while I miss hearing the barking and get a good scolding in the morning. They have been so much fun I cant believe it. I just love them so.

Wosret is the "BIG" bully he thinks he can scare you with his standing up and jumping at you, I have to laugh though because I know him. And what an angel Nodjmet is, sweet and loveable and fun to play with. Thank you for all the information on the web site, I find I return to it quite often for answers.

But most of all thank you for such sweet babies.

It's been a while since we spoke, but you had given me great advice on my joeys. Cosmo & Wanda had two Joey's. One was being rejected. It also looked two weeks younger. I just wanted to let you know (with the Arnold's Choice Possum Milk Replacer in Wanda's diet as added insurance) Wanda was able to continue feeding both joey's. They are now healthy, active and sweet! Cosmo has been neutered and all are doing great! Thank you for your support and knowledge in getting me through what could have been a sad situation! I have since built them a wonderful cage, 3' x 2' x 7'. I hope this is big enough for the four of them. You really are a life saver!

Hi Lisa,

I bought 2 sugar gliders from you last October and I just wanted to give you an update. They are doing great! My 7 year old son and I were playing with them earlier; we are really enjoying them. I watch them at night now because over time they are not scared of us being around them and they don't hide anymore. My 3 year old was playing the other night by the cage and every time he moved his hand across the cage they would chase his hand. He thought that was great. I can't believe such a small animal is so smart. They are not like hamsters. I am so glad I did this and I have the experience of owning these guys. For my kids, this is great also. It is much better than the average hamster or gerbil.

I will give you more updates in the future.

PureAyre is AMAZING!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for carrying PureAyre. I have an intact male and he’s reaching sexual maturity so he’s marking like crazy. I wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for such prompt and wonderful service! Your order arrived safely and everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, I had to use the dry shampoo for the gliders the day after I received it as they both had upset tummies due to some yogurt I'd fed them. They were. . . .well . . . let's just say "messy". They didn't like the dry shampoo a bit, but I sure did. It made them all shiny and clean again!! The Scooter's Choice cage cleaner is also fantastic stuff. I'll certainly be back to shop at your store again, Arnold you ole SGO!
