Packey (the sugar glider that runs our nature center) LOVES his ring thing...he says "thanks so much" for sending it! The 3 sugar glider stuffed animals we ordered are having a good time (one went home with one of our teen naturalist volunteers, who fell in love with him, and the other two are hanging around our gift shop, dangerously close to being adopted).

I just wanted to say thanks for the order, and the extra goodies, and that you'll probably be hearing from Packey and me soon... "Glider-On, my friends!!"

Hi, Its me , James from the great state of Connecticut. You sent me a pair of babies in mid Sept. I haven't spoken to you in a while but I just wanted to let you know how wonderfully they have bonded to me and I don't think I could have done it without your support. I don't even need the tent anymore during the day. They refuse to leave me alone. It's very rare that I ever hear a crab out of them, just some joyful squealing while they eat there yogurt treats.

The Nail-O-Matic is great also. I think trimming their nails by hand would cause them to distrust you. I'm sure its a big hassle to get those toes to stay still for a hand trimming. I just wanted to keep in touch and let you know everything is still going great.

I got my glider yesterday and she totally loves the wheel! She is in it all the time...she even likes to nap in it! The nail file works great too.

I just wanted you to know, I was too afraid to order from anywhere but your store. I love your cages. They are very sturdy indeed...we are a military family and have moved three times with the cages and not one problem! So after doing a lot of homework, (my suggies are worth it) I am buying my 3rd cage from you. I just want to thank you for the time and effort you put into all of your products. I buy Scooters Choice to clean with...I wont settle for less, and people who come into my house always ask how I have all these gliders and no smell. I am by no means fanatical about cleaning, but with proper diet, and proper cleaning there should be little to no odor from your gliders. I use the Cage Shield on the things that can't get washed by the washing machine and the dishwasher, and clean cages once a week well...and empty bottom trays every few days. Thank you for your attention to detail. I don't think I could trust a cage from anywhere else!

This is Teresa Silveria, I purchased a baby from you last month. She flew into Denver, and was very late because of weather problems in Texas. She was pretty irate that night! But she got over it. I'm writing to tell you that she's doing just fine. We've named her Gabriella, but we call her Gabby for short. She's not really that gabby, but her future mate is named Guido and we like the Italian names. She lives in her own cage for now, but seems to have her eye on the boy next door! They can't actually touch, but they hang out near each others' side of the cage. When we first brought her home, Guido's scent got significantly stronger for about a week. I don't know if it was just because there was a new glider in the neighborhood or because there was a new female nearby, but that settled down, too.

She is a darling, and rarely crabs at us unless we take her by surprise, which we try very hard not to do. Her coloring is a little on the dusty brown side and she's very pretty. She has a funny habit of running in a circle at the top of her cage, but from top to bottom, not side to side. She likes to stretch her patagium, but we haven't let her out to fly yet. We don't want to risk losing her behind something when we're not sure we can get her back! That will come in time. We've all settled into a happy home life, and everyone is healthy. Just thought I'd pass all this along, since I'm placing an order today.

Dr. Mike was fascinated when I used the bonding spray when I had brought Murphy in for his "well'baby" check-up. I put a spray on both his and his assistant's hands. Plus I gave Sun Coast a big plug!! JL's checkup went just fine. And JL was endearing as ever. He is just so sweet! Murph was such a fearful and biting baby (until I learned not to pay attention to PP's advice); now he has become sweet too! As I write, they are both in one pouch. These little "monkeys" are inseparable! But they love us too! And they are eager to say hi to anyone we show them to!! I will call you!! Probably late Monday afternoon. Have a great glider weekend!

When I got my last order of Zookeepers I received a sample of Wholesome Balance, my girls just loved it. It seems for some time now they haven't really like the zookeepers, would only eat it if I lessened their other food, but they are as happy as can be with the new product. I like it better also.... I am so excited. I use The Pet Glider diet and have always stocked the pellets from her (same as exotic nutrition pellets). I use her mix of fruits/veggies etc and her vitamin mix to sprinkle on the food. I never have had issues with the fresh food, but only with the pellets. About a year ago, the 5 gliders seemed disinterested in the pellets. I tried to get a fresher batch (I keep it in the freezer until I use it) from the distributor, bought a eucalyptus mix, etc to no avail.

A few weeks ago I purchased your Wholesome Balance and was amazed. They looove it! Everyday, it's gone! I am not only impressed, but relieved with the ingredients. I feel like this staple has made life easier on all of us. Thank you!

After doing a lot of research, we finally decided to purchase two Wodent Wheels with the Nail-O-Matic from SunCoast. The wheels arrived yesterday and we immediately set them up for Molly. SHE LOVES THEM! I can't believe we waited so long. I have never seen her so full of energy. She immediately jumped into the wheel and started running. She was like a whole new Molly! I debated whether or not we should get one or two wheels. Now, I am SO glad that we got two. I have no doubt they will both get a lot of use.

Also, she was "delighted" with the Ring Thing - just like the note said
she would be. I had NO IDEA she could be so playful. She had a great time chasing it and batting at it. We had an amazing time watching her. Hey there again. Just thought I'd add that my suggies prefer the hard diet that you sell as opposed to the the zookeepers. I have a hard time getting them to eat the soft food, but they LOVE the Wholesome Balance food. I have two females and one male. All three prefer the hard diet. Just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to compare likes and dislikes of different gliders.

My male Sugarglider just refused to eat the Glider food the sell at PetSmart. So when I received the Wholesome Balance Chicken and Brown Rice Blend, he gobbled it up and when he was finished He looked at me as if He were saying: "Finally, what took you so long!".

Now for my Female Sugarglider, she is mean, I didn't know what to do. So I decided that I was going to just love her anyway. But I needed some help Quick. So when I received the Sugarglider Original Bonding Potion, I did not hesitate to use it. She she was mean, but a spray here and there calmed her. We still have work to do, and I know that She will come around.

I am going to be ordering more just as soon as I can.

The new food is great, my babies have never been this active, they clean the bowl out daily an never did that with the other chow i buy from you, as a matter of fact, they never touched the other stuff, my cats ate it....lol But this is terrific, they eat it faster than i can supply. you need to make larger bags for multi house holds. By the way, the coats on my babies are so much fuller now and energy off the charts... they still eat fruit, vitamins, turkey and wild rice.
